Pal-Path, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Dr. Paul Greenlee. His goal was to establish a veterinarian owned and operated pathology lab that focuses on service and quality. As Pal-Path has grown, Dr. Greenlee has remained committed to that goal.
Our customer service department is dedicated to providing prompt and courteous help for you and your staff. During office hours your calls will be answered immediately by a customer service representative, not an automated telephone system or a computer.
Our customer service director worked in animal hospital management for seven years prior to coming to Pal-Path. As a result, our customer service representatives are trained with the needs and challenges of the practicing veterinarian in mind.
We have an onsite histotechnology department. This enables us to reduce turn around time by not having to send your specimens to an outside histotechnology laboratory. Our histotechs have a combined total of over 60 years of experience in their field and pride themselves on quality and attention to detail.
Pal-Path employees are reminded throughout their training and employment that every specimen we receive is important and that there is an owner waiting on information from their veterinarian regarding that specimen. Your submissions will be handled with care and monitored for utmost quality during every phase of processing from logging in to microscopic evaluation.
Pal-Path operates under strict guidelines in compliance with the Federal Good Laboratory Practices Act (GLP).
